Core academic subjects means English, reading or language arts, mathematics, science, foreign languages, civic and government, economics, arts, history, and geography.
Data Subject means the identified or identifiable person to whom Personal Data relates.
Study Subject an individual who participates in the Study, either as a recipient of the Investigational Product (defined below) or as a control. CREFC® REO Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “REO Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) means the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission or its duly authorized representatives.
Progress Report Form means UN Women’s standard form for progress reports attached to this Agreement.
Clinical evaluation means a systematic and planned process to continuously generate, collect, analyse and assess the clinical data pertaining to a device in order to verify the safety and performance, including clinical benefits, of the device when used as intended by the manufacturer;
Assessment of Compliance As defined in Section 3.21.
Initial Environmental Examination or “IEE” means an initial environmental examination for a Subproject, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower pursuant to the requirements set forth in the EARF and cleared by ADB;
Case Report Form means a printed, optical or electronic document or database designed to record all of the information, which is required by the Protocol to be reported to the Sponsor on each Study Participant.
Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.
Non-Regulatory Opportunity Cost means the difference between (a) the forecasted cost to operate a specific generating unit when the unit only has a limited number of starts or available run hours resulting from (i) the physical equipment limitations of the unit, for up to one year, due to original equipment manufacturer recommendations or insurance carrier restrictions, (ii) a fuel supply limitation, for up to one year, resulting from an event of Catastrophic Force Majeure; and,
Regulation AB means Subpart 229.1100 – Asset Backed Securities (Regulation AB), 17 C.F.R. §§229.1100-229.1125, as such rules may be amended from time to time, and subject to such clarification and interpretation as have been provided by the Commission or by the staff of the Commission, or as may be provided by the Commission or its staff from time to time, in each case as effective from time to time as of the compliance dates specified therein.
Change Control Procedure has the meaning set out at Clause 28.1;
Environmental Information Regulations means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such regulations.
Market Abuse Regulation means Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, as amended or replaced from time to time;
ISA Regulations means The Individual Savings Account Regulations 1998, as amended or replaced from time to time.
SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.
Information Regulator means the Information Regulator as established in terms of Section 39 of POPIA;
Development regulations or "regulation" means the controls
Insured Environmental Event As defined in Section 3.07(d).
MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);
