Representative background concentration definition

Representative background concentration means a value based upon a data set and determined according to 327 IAC 5-2-11.4(a)(8).

  • Background concentration means such concentration of that substance as is present in:

  • Representative sample means a sample of a universe or whole (e.g., waste pile, lagoon, ground water) which can be expected to exhibit the average properties of the universe or whole.
