Repurchase Reporting Series definition

Repurchase Reporting Series means a Series that, pursuant to the Supplement therefor, is designated as a “Repurchase Reporting Series.”
Repurchase Reporting Series has the meaning specified in the Indenture.

  • Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Repurchase Upon Fundamental Change means the repurchase of any Note by the Company pursuant to Section 4.02.

  • Principal Funding Investment Shortfall means, with respect to each Transfer Date relating to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the amount, if any, by which the Principal Funding Investment Proceeds for such Transfer Date are less than the Covered Amount determined as of such Transfer Date.

  • Investor Report means a report, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit E or in such other form as is mutually agreed to by the Transferor and each Administrative Agent, furnished by the Collection Agent pursuant to Section 2.11 hereof.
