Investor Report definition

Investor Report means a report, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit E or in such other form as is mutually agreed to by the Transferor and each Administrative Agent, furnished by the Collection Agent pursuant to Section 2.11 hereof.

Investor Report means a report of the Servicer, delivered pursuant to Section 3.10 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit B thereto.

Investor Report means the Investor Report of the Borrower substantially in the form of Schedule I hereto.

Examples of Investor Report in a sentence

• Upon receipt of written notice thereof from the Servicer (which may be in the form of the Monthly Investor Report), the Indenture Trustee will notify each Noteholder of the date the Trust expects to pay the final installment on any of the Notes, which notice will be delivered no later than five (5) days before that date (solely to the extent the Indenture Trustee has received notice prior to such date), and the place where the Notes may be presented and surrendered for payment.

• Pursuant to Section 3.5(a)(iii) of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement, the Servicer shall include in the Monthly Investor Report notice of the occurrence of (i) any Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date, (ii) the determination of any Benchmark Replacement, and (iii) the making of any Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes.

• The Indenture Trustee is not required to investigate any facts or matters or to verify any calculations or amounts stated in any document (including the Monthly Investor Report).

More Definitions of Investor Report

Investor Report means the report to be delivered by the Transaction Agent to the Senior Noteholders on each monthly Information Date substantially in the form set out in schedule 11 (Form of Investor Report) to the Framework Agreement and, if amended, in form and substance satisfactory to the Transaction Agent.

Investor Report means the ongoing quarterly investor reports required pursuant to and in accordance with Article 7(1)(e) of the Securitisation Regulation.

Investor Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto, furnished by the Collection Agent to the Agent pursuant to Section 2.07.
