Investor Report definition

Investor Report means a report, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit E or in such other form as is mutually agreed to by the Transferor and each Administrative Agent, furnished by the Collection Agent pursuant to Section 2.11 hereof.

Investor Report means a report of the Servicer, delivered pursuant to Section 3.10 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit B thereto.

Investor Report means the Investor Report of the Borrower substantially in the form of Schedule I hereto.

Examples of Investor Report in a sentence

• A Responsible Person of the Servicer will certify that the information in the Monthly Investor Report is accurate in all material respects.

• If the Indenture Trustee has received the Monthly Investor Report by the related Determination Date, the Indenture Trustee will (based on the information in the Monthly Investor Report) make payments or distributions of the Reassignment Amount or the proceeds from any liquidation of Collateral allocable to Series 20__-__ under Section 5.6(c) of the Indenture according to Section 4.2 on the related Payment Date.

• At least two Business Days before each Payment Date, the Servicer will deliver to the Depositors, the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee, the Note Paying Agent, the Administrator and the Rating Agencies a servicing report substantially in the form of Exhibit B (the "Monthly Investor Report") for that Payment Date and the related Collection Period.

• On each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee will deliver the Monthly Investor Report to each Series 20__-__ Noteholder of record as of the most recent Record Date (which delivery may be made by e-mail to the e-mail addresses in the Note Register without need for confirmation of receipt or by making the report available to the Series 20__-__ Noteholders through the Indenture Trustee's website, which initially is located at ________________________).

• Promptly following the determination of a Benchmark Replacement and/or the making of any Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes, the Issuer will notify the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer, and will provide to the Servicer the relevant information regarding the Unadjusted Benchmark Replacement, the Benchmark Replacement Adjustment and any such Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes for inclusion in the Monthly Investor Report.

More Definitions of Investor Report

Investor Report means the ongoing quarterly investor reports required pursuant to and in accordance with Article 7(1)(e) of the Securitisation Regulation.

Investor Report means the report to be delivered by the Transaction Agent to the Senior Noteholders on each monthly Information Date substantially in the form set out in schedule 11 (Form of Investor Report) to the Framework Agreement and, if amended, in form and substance satisfactory to the Transaction Agent.

Investor Report has the meaning ascribed thereto in Clause 7.2 of the Administration Agreement.
