Repurchased Lease definition

Repurchased Lease means a 20[●]-[●] Lease reallocated to the UTI or purchased as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period by the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.02 of the Servicing Agreement.
Repurchased Lease means a 20[•]-[•] Lease reallocated to the Unallocated Assets Series or purchased as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period by the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.02 of the Servicing Agreement.
