Unless a Request for Bid (RFB) is solicited directly by another County Department, the only official distribution source for this RFB is through the Department of General Services.
Exhibit consists of County’s Request for Bid (RFB) as set forth in “Bid Package No. B ”.
If this Agreement was made pursuant to a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Bid (RFB), the following order of precedence will apply: (1) this Agreement and its Exhibits, (2) RFP or RFB, and (3) Contractor’s Response to RFP or RFB.

SUBRECIPIENT may acquire property and services valued at $100,000 or more by following the FTA/State Request for Bid (RFB) process detailed in IDAPA 38.05.01.044.
If the Contract was established through the Department’s Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposals (RFP) procurement process, such performance standards and guarantees may have been set forth in the RFB/RFP.
