Examples of Request for Term Loans in a sentence

  • Each Request for Term Loans submitted by the Co-Obligors’ Agent or any Co-Obligor shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty that the conditions specified in Sections 4.02 and Section 4.03 have been satisfied on and as of the date of the applicable Term Loan Issuance Date.

  • Each Request for Term Loans submitted by the Company shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty that the conditions specified in Sections 4.02(a) and (b) have been satisfied on and as of the date of the applicable Term Loan Issuance Date.

  • ABR Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • LIBOR Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBOR Rate.

  • Request for Borrowing has the meaning provided in Section 2.3(a).

  • Request for Credit Extension means (a) with respect to a Borrowing, conversion or continuation of Committed Loans, a Committed Loan Notice, (b) with respect to an L/C Credit Extension, a Letter of Credit Application, and (c) with respect to a Swing Line Loan, a Swing Line Loan Notice.

  • Notice of Swingline Borrowing means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit G (or such other form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and containing the information required in such Exhibit) to be delivered to the Swingline Lender pursuant to Section 2.4.(b) evidencing the Borrower’s request for a Swingline Loan.

  • Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).

  • Request for Loan means a written request for a Loan substantially in the form of Exhibit E, signed by a Senior Officer of the applicable Borrower and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

  • Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by a Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2.

  • Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.8.

  • Notice of Revolving Borrowing shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.3.
