  • Promptly upon receipt by Administrative Agent of such Borrowing Request for Term Loans, Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender of the proposed borrowing.

  • The Company shall give Advance Notice in the form of a Borrowing Request for Term Loans, specifying, subject to the provisions hereof, (A) the aggregate principal amount of the Term Loan to be made pursuant to such Borrowing and (B) the date of the Initial Funding Date (which shall be a Business Day).

  • ABR Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
