Requested State Party definition

Requested State Party means a State Party requested to extradite or to provide assistance under this Convention;
Requested State Party means a State Party being requested to extradite or to provide assistance in terms of this Protocol;
Requested State Party means a State which receives from the Requesting State Party a request for mutual legal assistance in respect of a criminal matter and/or the extradition or provisional arrest with a view to extradition of a person.
