Required Number definition

Required Number means that number of days, as indicated above in respect of the Loans involved, which would constitute the longest applicable period of time.

Required Number means (i) prior to October 2, 2014, no less than two (2) potential Counterparties and (ii) thereafter, no less than three (3) potential Counterparties.
