Required Number definition

Required Number means that number of days, as indicated above in respect of the Loans involved, which would constitute the longest applicable period of time.
Required Number means two-thirds (2/3) of the total authorized number of directors, from time to time, including any vacancies; provided, that if such number is not a whole number, then the Required Number shall be rounded up to the next whole number.
Required Number means (x) prior to the date one year after the Compliance Date of Part 37, no less than two Recipient Participants and (y) thereafter, no less than three Recipient Participants.

Required Number means (x) prior to October 2, 2014, two, and (y) on or after October 2, 2014, three.
