Requirement to Recall definition

Requirement to Recall has the meaning given under 4.9 of Schedule 2;
Requirement to Recall has the meaning given under Clause 3.9 of Schedule 2;
Requirement to Recall has the meaning given under Clause 6.13 of Schedule 2; “Specification” means the document set out in Schedule 5 as amended and/or updated in accordance with this Contract as applicable – in relation to whether the Goods are being for use in the United Kingdom or for use in Great Britain and/or for use in Northern Ireland; “Staff” means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier to perform its obligations under this Contract including any Sub-contractors and person employed or engaged by such Sub-contractors; “Sub-contract” means a contract between two or more suppliers, at any stage of remoteness from the Supplier in a sub-contracting chain, made wholly or substantially for the purpose of performing (or contributing to the performance of) the whole or any part of this Contract;
