At the time of execution of this Agreement, the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Certificateholders Group together with other signatories to the Settlement Agreement who currently hold ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Certificate Claims constitutes the Requisite Certificateholders.
