Requisite Share Number definition

Requisite Share Number means a number of Registrable Securities ---------------------- representing not less than 10% of the total number of shares of Common Stock then outstanding or shares of Common Stock representing not less than $15,000,000 in fair market value as determined by the Board, or such lesser number as constitutes all shares of Common Stock then held by the relevant Holder representing not less than 3% of the total number of shares of Common Stock then outstanding.
Requisite Share Number means the number of shares of Common Stock representing not less than Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) in fair market value as determined in good faith by the Board.

More Definitions of Requisite Share Number

Requisite Share Number means 150,000,000 shares of Common Stock.
Requisite Share Number on any date means a number of Registrable Securities representing not less than 35% of the issued and outstanding Registrable Securities held in the aggregate on such date by the Holders.
