Resale Partner definition

Resale Partner means a third-party partner of Sprint that resells any Sprint Services to its customers over the Sprint Wireless Network.
Resale Partner means either a Direct or Indirect Partner who is authorized by Polycom on a non-exclusive basis to resell the Solutions and Support Services (if applicable).
