Research Certificate Holder means any person authorized under Oregon law to receive marijuana items for the purpose of medical or public health and safety research.
Certificate holder means a person who has been issued a certificate of compliance or other package approval by the U.S. nuclear regulatory commission.
Certificate Group Each of the Group 1 Certificates and the Group 2 Certificates.
Class A-1 Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-1 Certificate.
Class A Certificate Group The Group I Class A Certificates or the Group II Class A Certificates, as applicable.
Class A-PO Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-PO Certificate.
Class C Certificateholder means the person in whose name a Class C Certificate is registered on the Certificate Register.
Class A-2 Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-2 Certificate.
Class B Certificateholder means the Person in whose name a Class B Certificate is registered in the Certificate Register.
Class A-4 Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-4 Certificate.
Class A-3 Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-3 Certificate.
Senior Certificate Group As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class H" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Applicable Certificateholder Means the Person in whose name an Applicable Certificate is registered on the Register for the Applicable Certificates.
Class A-R Certificateholder The registered holder of the Class A-R Certificate.
Class A Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A Certificate.
Class A-P Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class A-P Certificate.
Junior Certificateholder The Holder of not less than 95% of the Percentage Interests of the Junior Class of Certificates.
Certificate Paying Agent means any paying agent or co-paying agent appointed pursuant to Section 3.10 and shall initially be Wilmington Trust Company.
Class A-PO Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-PO and Exhibit C hereto.
Initial Certificate Principal Balance With respect to each Class of Certificates, the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class of Certificates as of the Cut-off Date, as set forth in the Series Supplement.
Class B Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Period with respect to the Class B Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR as of the LIBOR Determination Date for such Interest Period plus the Class B Certificate Rate Spread.
Non-Lead Certificate Administrator means the “certificate administrator” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Class A-AB Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 hereto.
Class A-IO Certificate Any one of the Class A-IO Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Certificate Principal means principal payable in respect of the Investor Certificates of any Series pursuant to Article IV of this Agreement.
Class B-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-6 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-6 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-6 Certificate.
