Research Collaborator definition

Research Collaborator means any person other than the person set forth in item 4 of the Table or Article 2.2 but who assists in the Entrusted Research.
Research Collaborator means an entity where a Subject is seen, consented, treated and/or data is collected and completed for the Study, which entity is the official designated lead institution of a research collaborator through a collaborative arrangement with NSABP and is participating in the Study.
Research Collaborator means a person who is not a researcher and who cooperates in the Collaborative Research.

  • If a Research Collaborator makes an Invention as the result of the Joint Research, the provisions of Article 11 will apply mutatis mutandis to such Invention.

  • For clarification purposes, references herein to contractual obligations of Participating Sites shall include the requirement that each Research Collaborator impose such obligations upon its Research Sites.

  • When a party finds it necessary to have an individual other than Researchers conduct Funded Research, with the prior written consent of the other party, that party may have an individual other than the Researchers participate in the Funded Research as a Research Collaborator.

  • In the case an individual other than a Researcher becomes a Research Collaborator, the party who sought consent to use such Research Collaborator shall cause such Research Collaborator to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Research Collaborator or “Research Collaboration” means participation as
Research Collaborator means a Third Party performing research and development for IGEN and/or its Affiliates under a contract with IGEN and/or any of its Affiliates, which contract: (a) Provides that the work performed by such Third Party under the contract (which shall include a protocol) is directed toward the development of Licensed Products; and (b) Provides that the reagents necessary to perform the work under the contract are supplied free of charge by IGEN or its Affiliates and requires that such reagents may be used only for the development of Licensed Products and that any reagents not consumed in performing the work under the contract either be returned to IGEN and its Affiliates or be disposed of as laboratory waste.
Research Collaborator or “Research Collaboration” means participation as Key Personnel on the same research project or effort to advance or publish research results or the commercial development of a product. The terms do not include passive associations such as belonging to the same scientific society or contributing to the same review article or textbook.
Research Collaborator as used in the Agreement means a person who cooperatively participates in the collaborative research project other than those listed in the Appendix 1 to the Agreement or defined in the Section 4, paragraph 2 of the Agreement.
Research Collaborator means an institution that has been qualified by NSABP to participate in the Study.

  • Collaborator An individual who is not under the direct supervision of the PI (e.g., not a member of the PI’s laboratory) who assists with the PI’s research project involving controlled-access data subject to the NIH GDS Policy. External collaborators are not employees of the Requester and/or do not work at the same location as the PI, and consequently must be independently approved to access controlled-access data subject to the NIH GDS Policy.
