Research Collaborator definition

Research Collaborator means any person other than the person set forth in item 4 of the Table or Article 2.3 but who assists in the Cooperative Research.
Research Collaborator means an entity where a Subject is seen, consented, treated and/or data is collected and completed for the Study, which entity is the official designated lead institution of a research collaborator through a collaborative arrangement with NSABP and is participating in the Study.
Research Collaborator means a person who collaborates on the commissioned research other than a person as listed in the following article and Article 5, 2).

More Definitions of Research Collaborator

Research Collaborator means a Third Party performing research and development for IGEN and/or its Affiliates under a contract with IGEN and/or any of its Affiliates, which contract: (a) Provides that the work performed by such Third Party under the contract (which shall include a protocol) is directed toward the development of Licensed Products; and (b) Provides that the reagents necessary to perform the work under the contract are supplied free of charge by IGEN or its Affiliates and requires that such reagents may be used only for the development of Licensed Products and that any reagents not consumed in performing the work under the contract either be returned to IGEN and its Affiliates or be disposed of as laboratory waste.
Research Collaborator or “Research Collaboration” means participation as Key Personnel on the same research project or effort to advance or publish research results or the commercial development of a product. The terms do not include passive associations such as belonging to the same scientific society or contributing to the same review article or textbook.
