Reserve Fund Property definition

Reserve Fund Property means, the Reserve Fund Initial Deposit and all proceeds thereof and all other amounts deposited in or credited to the Reserve Fund from time to time under this Agreement, all Eligible Investments made with amounts on deposit therein, all earnings and distributions thereon and proceeds thereof.

Reserve Fund Property means the Reserve Fund and all cash, investment property and other property from time to time deposited or credited to the Reserve Fund and all proceeds thereof, including without limitation the Initial Deposit.

Reserve Fund Property has the meaning specified in Section 4.07(a).

Examples of Reserve Fund Property in a sentence

• The Reserve Fund shall be the property of the Issuer subject to the rights of the Indenture Trustee in the Reserve Fund Property.

• The Reserve Fund Property has been conveyed by the Depositor to the Issuer pursuant to Section 2.01(a).
