Class A Reserve Fund definition

Class A Reserve Fund. As described in Section 4.05 herein.
Class A Reserve Fund. A Reserve Fund established by the Securities Administrator on behalf of the trustee of the Supplemental Interest Trust for the benefit of the Holders of the Class A-4, Class A-6 and Class A-8 Certificates. The Class A Reserve Fund is an “outside Reserve Fund” within the meaning of Treasury regulation Section 1.860G-2(h), which is an asset of the Supplemental Interest Trust and is not an asset of any REMIC, ownership of which is evidenced by the Class A-4, Class A-6 and Class A-8 Certificates and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.10.
Class A Reserve Fund means the Class A Reserve Fund, established and maintained as such pursuant to Section 4.7, for the benefit of the Class A Certificates.

Examples of Class A Reserve Fund in a sentence

  • Any losses incurred in the Class A Reserve Fund in respect of any such investments shall be charged against amounts on deposit in the Class A Reserve Fund (or such investments) immediately as realized.

  • Funds in the Class A Reserve Fund shall be invested in Permitted Investments as directed in writing by the Corridor Contract Counterparty.

  • The Depositor shall deposit in the Class A Reserve Fund the amount of any net loss incurred in respect of any such Permitted Investment immediately upon realization of such loss.

  • All income and gain realized from investment of funds deposited in the Class A Reserve Fund, which investment shall be made solely upon the written direction of the Depositor, shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Depositor and shall be remitted by the Paying Agent to the Depositor within one Business Day from the closing of the Class A Reserve Fund.

  • At no time will the Class A Reserve Fund be an asset of any REMIC created hereunder.

  • For federal income tax purposes, the Depositor shall be the owner of the Class A Reserve Fund and shall report all items of income, deduction, gain or loss arising therefrom.

  • Once the Class A Reserve Fund has been replenished in full, all amounts in the Class A Reserve Fund will be distributed to the Depositor or its designee on the immediately following Distribution Date; and following such withdrawal the Class A Reserve Fund will be closed.

  • The Class A Reserve Fund shall be an Eligible Account or a sub-account of an Eligible Account.

  • Reserve Fund means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.
