Reserve Players definition

Reserve Players means those Players who are part of the Reserve Roster. Only Reserve Players who are 24 years old (meaning that they turn 24 during the calendar year) or younger who are designated as such by MLS and who must be the 25th or higher man on the Team’s roster may be paid at the Reserve Minimum Salary set forth in Section 10.2.
Reserve Players means the additional Players that can be registered by a Participating Team as part of their preliminary squad and who may be brought in when a Participating Team needs to replace a Player in their final squad as per 4.2 below;
Reserve Players means the additional Athlete that can be registered by a Participating institute as part of their preliminary Relay Team and who may be brought in when a Participating institute needs to replace a Athlete in their final Relay Team;

Examples of Reserve Players in a sentence

  • Each bench must be capable of seating the Team Coach, Team Manager, Team Official and Reserve Players.

  • Any team who fields seven (7) or more unique Reserve Players in a single season will be deemed to have fielded an unregistered or unspecified player in accordance with Rule 7.

  • The deck + Reserve must be a legal deck (ignoring lost soul to deck ratio rule as it applies to cards in the Reserve).- Players must have a written list of the cards in the Reserve in addition to any deck list that is used.

  • All Players (excluding Reserve Players) will qualify for the housing stipend (“Housing Eligible Players”), although Players signed to ten-day SPAs shall have the option to receive either (a) the pro-rated amount of the housing stipend for the duration of their ten-day SPA, or (b) the actual cost of lodging incurred, consistent with the standard in Section 12.2.

  • Reserve Players who have trained exclusively with a particular Team may not be required to play against such Team (i.e., for a competitor of such Team) in the game in which they are called to play.

  • Each team may use a maximum of six (6) unique Reserve Players only throughout the season.

  • Duplicate cards are allowed (except for dominants).- The Reserve must contain between 0-10 cards, cannot contain Dominants or lost soul cards and the deck + Reserve must be a legal deck (ignoring lost soul to deck ratio rule as it applies to cards in the Reserve).- Players must have a written list of the cards in the Reserve.

  • Players (and, for all references to Players in this Article 17, Reserve Players) shall not do anything detrimental or prejudicial to the best interests of any or all of the League Entities or the sport of hockey.

  • The host must provide additional meek lost soul cards if needed.- The Reserve must contain between 0-10 cards, cannot contain Dominants or Lost Soul cards and the deck + Reserve must be a legal deck (ignoring Lost Soul to deck ratio rule as it applies to cards in the Reserve).- Players must have a written list of the cards in the Reserve.

  • Rosters must contain a minimum of ten (10) starting Players and up to three (3) designated Reserve Players who may be used as an alternate.

  • Reserve Price means the minimum price at which a bid will be accepted on the auction portal from a participating Qualified bidder

  • Reserve Zone means any of those geographic areas consisting of a combination of one or more Control Zone(s), as designated by the Office of the Interconnection in the PJM Manuals, relevant to provision of, and requirements for, reserve service.

  • Sewage sludge weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, including admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Monitoring frequencies for sewage sludge parameters are based on the reported sludge weight generated in a calendar year (use the most recent calendar year data when the NPDES permit is up for renewal).

  • Liquid waste means any waste material that is determined to contain "free liquids" as defined by Method 9095 (Paint Filter Liquids Test), as described in "Test Methods for Evaluating Solid Wastes, Physical/Chemical Methods" (EPA Pub. No. SW-846).

  • Sludge dryer means any enclosed thermal treatment device that is used to dehydrate sludge and that has a maximum total thermal input, excluding the heating value of the sludge itself, of 2,500 Btu/lb of sludge treated on a wet-weight basis.

  • Reserve Percentage means, on any day, for any Lender, the maximum percentage prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor Governmental Authority) for determining the reserve requirements (including any basic, supplemental, marginal, or emergency reserves) that are in effect on such date with respect to eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “eurocurrency liabilities”) of that Lender, but so long as such Lender is not required or directed under applicable regulations to maintain such reserves, the Reserve Percentage shall be zero.

  • Exfiltration means any unauthorized release of data from within an information system. This includes copying the data through covert network channels or the copying of data to unauthorized media.

  • Drainage system means one or more artificial ditches, tile drains or similar devices which collect surface runoff or groundwater and convey it to a point of discharge.

  • Loss Reserve Percentage means, at any time of determination, the product (expressed as a percentage and rounded to the nearest 1/100th of 1%, with 5/1000th of 1% rounded upward) of (a) 2.25, multiplied by (b) the highest average of the Default Ratios for any three (3) consecutive Fiscal Months during the twelve (12) most recent Fiscal Months, multiplied by (c) the Loss Horizon Ratio.

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed. The cabinet x-ray system is intended to contain at least that portion of a material being irradiated, provide radiation attenuation, and exclude personnel from its interior during generation of radiation. Included are all x-ray systems designed primarily for the inspection of carry-on baggage at airline, railroad, and bus terminals, and in similar facilities. An x-ray tube used within a shielded part of a building, or x-ray equipment that may temporarily or occasionally incorporate portable shielding, is not considered a cabinet x-ray system.

  • Eurocurrency Reserve Percentage means, for any day during any Interest Period, the reserve percentage (expressed as a decimal, carried out to five decimal places) in effect on such day, whether or not applicable to any Lender, under regulations issued from time to time by the FRB for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirements) with respect to Eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency liabilities”). The Eurocurrency Rate for each outstanding Eurocurrency Rate Loan shall be adjusted automatically as of the effective date of any change in the Eurocurrency Reserve Percentage.

  • Soft drinks means nonalcoholic beverages that contain natural or artificial sweeteners. "Soft drinks" does not include beverages that contain milk or milk products, soy, rice, or similar milk substitutes, or that contains greater than fifty per cent vegetable or fruit juice by volume.

  • Radiation therapy simulation system means a radiographic or fluoroscopic x-ray system intended for localizing the volume to be exposed during radiation therapy and confirming the position and size of the therapeutic irradiation field.

  • Pet means positron emission tomography.

  • Soil texture means proportion by weight of sand, silt, and clay in a soil.

  • Solid insulator means the insulating coating of wiring harnesses, provided in order to cover and prevent the high voltage live parts from any direct contact.

  • LIBOR Reserve Percentage means the reserve percentage prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for "Eurocurrency Liabilities" (as defined in Regulation D of the Federal Reserve Board, as amended), adjusted by Bank for expected changes in such reserve percentage during the applicable Fixed Rate Term.

  • Air ambulance means any aircraft specifically constructed, modified, or equipped and used for the primary purpose of responding to emergency calls and transporting critically ill or injured patients whose medical flight crew has at a minimum two attendants certified or licensed in advanced life support.

  • Filtration means a process for removing particulate matter from water by passage through porous media.

  • Security alarm system means a device or series of devices, intended to summon law enforcement personnel during, or as a result of, an alarm condition. Devices may include hard- wired systems and systems interconnected with a radio frequency method such as cellular or private radio signals that emit or transmit a remote or local audible, visual, or electronic signal; motion detectors, pressure switches, duress alarms (a silent system signal generated by the entry of a designated code into the arming station to indicate that the user is disarming under duress); panic alarms (an audible system signal to indicate an emergency situation); and hold-up alarms (a silent system signal to indicate that a robbery is in progress).

  • LIBOR Rate Reserve Percentage means as of any day the maximum percentage in effect on such day, as prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the reserve requirements (including supplemental, marginal and emergency reserve requirements) with respect to eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency Liabilities”).

  • SOFR Reserve Percentage means, for any day, the maximum effective percentage in effect on such day, if any, as prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the reserve requirements (including, without limitation, supplemental, marginal and emergency reserve requirements) with respect to SOFR funding.

  • Sewage sludge means a solid, semi-solid, or liquid residue generated during the treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works as defined in section 6111.01 of the Revised Code. "Sewage sludge" includes, but is not limited to, scum or solids removed in primary, secondary, or advanced wastewater treatment processes. "Sewage sludge" does not include ash generated during the firing of sewage sludge in a sewage sludge incinerator, grit and screenings generated during preliminary treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works, animal manure, residue generated during treatment of animal manure, or domestic septage.

  • Reserve Draw Amount shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.12(c).

  • Eurocurrency Reserve Requirements for any day as applied to a Eurodollar Loan, the aggregate (without duplication) of the maximum rates (expressed as a decimal fraction) of reserve requirements in effect on such day (including basic, supplemental, marginal and emergency reserves) under any regulations of the Board or other Governmental Authority having jurisdiction with respect thereto dealing with reserve requirements prescribed for eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency Liabilities” in Regulation D of the Board) maintained by a member bank of the Federal Reserve System.

  • Reserve Penalty Factor means the cost, in $/MWh, associated with being unable to meet a specific reserve requirement in a Reserve Zone or Reserve Sub-zone. A Reserve Penalty Factor will be defined for each reserve requirement in a Reserve Zone or Reserve Sub-zone.
