Minimum Salary. (1) The minimum rate of payment to a Player for each day of service on a Major League Club shall be as follows: 2017—at the rate per season of $535,000; 2018—at the rate per season of $545,000; 2019—at the rate per season of $555,000; 2020—at the 2019 rate per season plus a cost of living adjust- ment, rounded to the nearest $500, provided that the cost of liv- ing adjustment shall not reduce the minimum salary below $555,000; 2021—at the 2020 rate per season plus a cost of living adjust- ment, rounded to the nearest $500, provided that the cost of liv- ing adjustment shall not reduce the minimum salary below the 2020 rate per season.
(2) For all Players (a) signing a second Major League contract (not covering the same season as any such Player’s initial Major League contract) or a subsequent Major League contract, or (b) who have at least one day of Major League service, the minimum salary shall be as follows:
(i) for Major League service—at a rate not less than the Major League minimum salary;
(ii) for Minor League service—at a rate not less than the fol- lowing: 2017—at the rate per season of $87,200; 2018—at the rate per season of $88,900; 2019—at the rate per season of $90,400; 2020—at the 2019 rate per season plus a cost of living adjustment, rounded to the nearest $100, provided that the cost of living adjustment shall not reduce the minimum salary below $90,400; 2021—at the 2020 rate per season plus a cost of living adjustment, rounded to the nearest $100, provided that the cost of living adjustment shall not reduce the minimum salary below the 2020 rate per season.
(3) For all Players signing a first Major League contract, the minimum salary for Minor League service shall be as follows: 2017—at the rate per season of $43,600; 2018—at the rate per season of $44,500; 2019—at the rate per season of $45,300; 2020—at the 2019 rate per season plus a cost of living adjust- ment, rounded to the nearest $100, provided that the cost of liv- ing adjustment shall not reduce the minimum salary below $45,300; 2021—at the 2020 rate per season plus a cost of living adjust- ment, rounded to the nearest $100, provided that the cost of liv- ing adjustment shall not reduce the minimum salary below the 2020 rate per season.

Minimum Salary. Effective August 16, 2017, the following minima shall apply:

Minimum Salary. Salary Increases 9.1.2.2 Promotions
Minimum Salary. 19.3.1 - The minimum monthly salary will be based on the annual salary rate and will be prorated for FTE. Effective September 16, 2017, the minimum annual salary rate at 1.0 FTE shall be $28,400 for 12-month Graduate Assistant appointments and $21,300 for 9-month Graduate Assistant appointments.
Minimum Salary. Newly hired Full-Time Faculty shall be initially placed at fifty thousand one hundred fifteen dollars ($50,115). Final salary placement shall be increased from that minimum according to the following criteria:
Minimum Salary. The minimum salary shall be CHF 52,000, or CHF 56,000 for employees with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ). Employees with a federal vocational certificate (EBA) and two years of experience and those who have completed the entry programme for high school graduates shall be treated as equivalent to employees with a federal certificate of competence. The social partners negotiate adjustment of the minimum salary, taking into account salary developments, and an adjustment to the family allowance.
Minimum Salary. No full-time classroom teacher (a teacher who instructs students at least 50% of the workday) is earning less than forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000).
Minimum Salary. 14.1 The minimum salary per annum payable to a full-time teacher will be determined in accordance with the provisions of Clause 13 - Classifications and as set out in Table 1A - Salaries of Schedule A – Monetary Rates.
14.2 The monetary obligations imposed on a school by this Agreement may be absorbed into over- agreement payments. Nothing in this Agreement requires a school to maintain or increase any over- agreement payment.
14.3 The weekly rate of pay for a teacher will be determined by dividing the annual rate by 52.14 and the fortnightly rate by dividing the annual rate by 26.07.
Minimum Salary. Latest annual salary shall have been not less than Column II, Step 10, or its equivalent in dollars.
Minimum Salary. After all salary adjustments have been made for the appropriate academic year, no Employee will be paid less than $1,100 per credit hour, or a base salary of less than $26,400 per academic year, prorated based on FTE.
