Reserve Threshold definition

Reserve Threshold means Five Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($500,000.00).

  • After the amount on deposit in the Replacement Reserve Account equals the Replacement Reserve Threshold Amount for the initial time, the Borrower may request withdrawals from the Replacement Reserve Account pursuant to the procedure set forth in Section 2.13(a)(iii) below.

  • During the period commencing on the April 2004 Payment Date when such deposits are being made to the Replacement Reserve Account until the funds on deposit therein equal the Replacement Reserve Threshold Amount for the initial time, no withdrawals may be made from the Replacement Reserve Account.

  • Required Ratings Threshold means each of the S&P Required Ratings Threshold and the Moody's Second Trigger Ratings Threshold.

  • Required Reserves at any time means the product of (x) the Net Pool Balance and (y) the greater of (I) 13.00% and (II) the sum of (a) the Yield Reserve Ratio, plus (b) the Servicing Fee Reserve Ratio, plus (c) the greater of (i) the sum of the Loss Reserve Ratio and the Dilution Reserve Ratio and (ii) the Minimum Reserve Ratio, each as in effect at such time.

  • Trigger Amount with respect to Extraordinary Trust Expenses for the Trust is $25,000 and the Maximum Reimbursable Amount is $100,000. The Trustee Fee will be paid by the Expense Administrator. Expenses will be reimbursed by the Expense Administrator in accordance with the Expense Administration Agreement.

  • Cash Reserve means for any Financed Receivable which has been paid in full during a Monthly Period, the amount by which the amount(s) paid on such Financed Receivable exceeds the Advance made on such Financed Receivable.
