Residency Permit definition

Residency Permit means a renewable Work Visa, of 5 (five) years or longer linked to the Company and affording the Investor the right to reside and work for the Company in Namibia, issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration;
Residency Permit means the permission granted to a Non-Citizen to Reside on We Wai Kai Lands pursuant to the Application process set out at article 8;
