Draft permit definition

Draft permit means the version of a permit for which the permitting authority offers public participation and, in the case of a Class I draft operating permit, affected State review.
Draft permit means a document indicating the board's tentative decision to issue or deny, modify, revoke and reissue, terminate, or reissue a permit. A notice of intent to terminate a permit, and a notice of intent to deny a permit are types of draft permits. A denial of a request for modification, revocation and reissuance, or termination is not a draft permit. A proposed permit is not a draft permit.
Draft permit means the version of an Oregon Title V Operating Permit for which DEQ or LRAPA offers public participation under OAR 340-218-0210 or the EPA and affected State review under 340-218-0230.
