Resident Account definition

Resident Account means any account payable by any Resident Payor in respect of any Lease.
Resident Account means an account established by the NH DOC for the resident to control the resident’s funds.
Resident Account means the account of a person resident, domiciled or registered in the Republic, including that of a CMA resident;

Examples of Resident Account in a sentence

  • The Resident Account Record (form SDS 713) or other expenditure forms may be used if the licensee manages or handles a resident's money.

  • Once payment has been cleared, the Resident Account Coordinator will remove the hold.

  • If COUNTY discovers a deficiency in any Resident Account or if a formal complaint is filed pertaining to such an account, COUNTY or its representative may withhold from PROVIDER funds equivalent to the sum in dispute until settlement is reached.

  • The Company shall continue to maintain the credits of the Foreign Resident Account pledged for the benefit of the Creditor subject to the Security Agreement executed by the Company and shall have granted the Creditor continuing control of such account in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Creditor, including the execution of a Bank Account Control Agreement for such account.

  • The Company agrees that all amounts deposited in the Foreign Resident Account shall be immediately transferred to the Creditor.

  • A Resident Account Coordinator will review and approve or deny the request.
