Examples of Resident Entity in a sentence
A Non-United Kingdom Resident Entity means an Entity that is not resident in the United Kingdom for the purposes of this Agreement.
An “NFFE” means any Non-United Kingdom Resident Entity that is not a Financial Institution as defined in this agreement.
With respect to New Entity Accounts not described in paragraph A of this section, the Reporting Cayman Islands Financial Institution must determine whether the Account Holder is: (i) a Specified United Kingdom Person; (ii) a Non-United Kingdom Resident Entity which is a Financial Institution; (iii), a non-reporting Financial Institution; (v) an exempt beneficial owner; (vi) an Active NFFE or a Passive NFFE.
With respect to an Entity Account Holder of a Preexisting Entity Account that is not identified as either a Specified United Kingdom Person or a Non-United Kingdom Resident Entity which is a Financial Institution, the Reporting Bermuda Financial Institution must identify (i) whether the Entity Account Holder has Controlling Persons, (ii) whether the Entity Account Holder is a Passive NFFE, and (iii) whether any of the Controlling Persons of the Entity is a Specified United Kingdom Person.
With respect to New Entity Accounts not described in paragraph A of this section, the Reporting Anguilla Financial Institution must determine whether the Account Holder is: (i) a Specified United Kingdom Person; (ii) a Non-United Kingdom Resident Entity which is a Financial Institution; (iii), a non-reporting Financial Institution; (v) an exempt beneficial owner; (vi) an Active NFFE or a Passive NFFE.
