Residential Recycling Collection definition

Residential Recycling Collection means the business of collecting recyclables, which are discarded materials that will be processed and reused, from residential accounts and transporting those recyclables to a recycling site.
Residential Recycling Collection means the process by which Recyclable materials and Yard trimmings are placed at the curb of a residence for collection, removal and disposal.

  • The Contractor shall provide Residential Recycling Collection Service to all dwelling units receiving Curbside Residential Collection Service (including suitable multi-family residential units electing such service).

  • Curbside Residential Recycling Collection Service shall mean the collection of recyclable materials by a contractor from all dwelling units in the service are that also receive curbside residential solid waste collection for solid waste and other dwelling units as are designated by the city, and the delivery of those recyclable materials to the solid waste authority's materials recycling facility or designated solid waste authority transfer station.

  • Special Serviced Mortgage Loan The Mortgage Loans for which the Special Servicer acts as servicer pursuant to Section 3.19.

  • Countrywide Servicing Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, a Texas limited partnership and its successors and assigns.

  • High Cost Home Mortgage Loan as defined in the Massachusetts Predatory Home Loan Practices Act effective November 7, 2004 or (iv) a "High-Cost Home Loan" as defined by the Indiana High Cost Home Loan Law effective January 1, 2005.

  • ARD Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is identified as having an Anticipated Repayment Date and a Revised Rate on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Group 1 Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-1 hereto.

  • Serviced Companion Loan A Companion Loan that is part of a Serviced Loan Combination. With respect to each Servicing Shift Mortgage Loan and the related Servicing Shift Loan Combination, each related Companion Loan will no longer be a Serviced Companion Loan on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.

  • Serviced Loan Combination A Loan Combination that is being serviced pursuant to this Agreement.   • Residential care home or “RCH” means a residential care home as defined and licensed under the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Ordinance (Cap. 459), or as defined and issued with a licence or certificate of exemption under the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Ordinance (Cap. 613), or the boarding section of a special school subvented under the Education Bureau, or the residential facilities of the Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) of Vocational Training Council, or a nursing home as referred to in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance (Cap. 165) which provides residential services for persons aged 60 or above in Hong Kong.

  • Mortgage Loan Sale Agreement The mortgage loan sale and assignment agreement dated as of November 1, 2003, for the sale of the Mortgage Loans by the Seller to the Depositor.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan sold by the Depositor to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, such Mortgage Loan being identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to a Subsequent Transfer Instrument.
