Borrower shall not (and shall not permit any Borrower appointed directors to), without the prior written consent of Lender which may be granted or withheld in Lender’s sole discretion), give any consent or perform any action in furtherance of any material modification or amendment of the Condominium Documents, including any modifications or amendments to the Condominium Documents which would permit a Residential Unit Purchaser to rescind its Sales Agreement under applicable Laws.
Borrower shall not terminate a Qualifying Sales Agreement for any reason other than the default of the Residential Unit Purchaser thereunder without Senior Lender’s prior written consent (a copy of which shall be promptly provided to Lender).
