Sales Agreement definition

Sales Agreement means the agreement between the Client and the Partner for the sale of Goods in accordance with the Order.
Sales Agreement means the agreement between MATCH and the Customer for the purchase of Hospitality Packages, as more fully described in Clause 4.
Sales Agreement means any agreement authorized pursuant to this chapter in which the state provides for the sale of all or a portion of the state’s share to the authority.
