Residual Bond definition

Residual Bond. With respect to any Series, as defined in the related Series Supplement.
Residual Bond means a Bond evidencing the Residual Interest.
Residual Bond means a residual bond issued pursuant to a mortgage-backed security transaction underwritten by Greenwich Capital Markets, Inc., that the Buyer can value using Buyer’s customary valuation models.
