Residual Interests definition

Residual Interests. As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Residual Interests means 1 or more of the following as provided in any sale agreement:
Residual Interests means any residual, subordinated, reserve accounts and retained ownership interest held by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary of the Issuer in Securitization Entities, Warehouse Facility Trusts and/or MSR Facility Trusts, regardless of whether required to appear on the face of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Examples of Residual Interests in a sentence

  • For federal income tax purposes, for each Class of REMIC I Regular and Residual Interests, the “latest possible maturity date” shall be the Final Maturity Date.

  • For the purposes of the REMIC election in respect of REMIC I, the REMIC I Regular Interests shall be designated as the Regular Interests in REMIC I and the Class R-I Certificates shall be designated as the Residual Interests in REMIC I.

  • The REMIC II Regular Interests shall be designated as the Regular Interests in REMIC II and the Class R-II Certificates shall be designated as the Residual Interests in REMIC II.
