Residual Grit definition

Residual Grit means the grit which is obtained as residual matter after the treatment of the Sewage at the Mirzapur STP. RFP has the meaning ascribed to it in Recital E. Rupee or Rs. or INR means Indian National Rupees, the lawful currency of India. Safeguard Documents has the meaning ascribed to it in Article 7.4. Safety Documents has the meaning ascribed to it in Article 7.4.

Residual Grit means the grit which is obtained as residual matter after the treatment of the Sewage at the Varanasi STP. RFP has the meaning ascribed to it in Recital E.

  • The disposal of the Residual Grit and the Screenings at the Waste Disposal Sites must be strictly in accordance with all Applicable Laws.

  • Residual Gain or “Residual Loss” means any item of gain or loss, as the case may be, of the Partnership recognized for federal income tax purposes resulting from a sale, exchange or other disposition of a Contributed Property or Adjusted Property, to the extent such item of gain or loss is not allocated pursuant to Section 6.2(b)(i)(A) or Section 6.2(b)(ii)(A), respectively, to eliminate Book-Tax Disparities.

  • Residual means, with respect to any Lease, any right of the lessor or its assigns, as owner of the underlying Equipment, to realize value from the related Equipment after termination of the Lease, including the right of the owner of the Equipment to receive any proceeds from the sale, re-lease, continued use or other disposition of the Equipment after the termination of the Lease.

  • Residual Interests As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class R-I Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC I.

  • Grantor Trust Certificates Any class of commercial mortgage pass-through certificates issued under this Agreement that is designated as evidencing an interest in the Grantor Trust. The Class S Certificates and the Class VRR Certificates shall be the only Classes of Grantor Trust Certificates issued under this Agreement.

  • Class R-I Certificate Any one of the Class R-I Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D and evidencing an interest designated as a "residual interest" in REMIC I for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class R-X Certificate Any one of the Class R-X Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-R-X and evidencing the ownership of the Class R-IV Interest, the Class R-V Interest and the Class R-VI Interest.

  • Class R-IV Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC IV.

  • Class A-PO Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-PO Certificate.

  • Grantor Trust means a Trust other than a RIC.

  • Certificate holder means a person who has been issued a certificate of compliance or other package approval by the U.S. nuclear regulatory commission.
