Residual Grit definition

Residual Grit means the grit which is obtained as residual matter after the treatment of the Sewage at the STPs RFP has the meaning ascribed to it in Recital E. Rupee or Rs. or INR means Indian Rupees, the lawful currency of India. Safeguard Documents i. has the meaning ascribed to it in Article 7.4. Safety Documents has the meaning ascribed to it in Article 7.4.
Residual Grit means the grit which is obtained as residual matter after the treatment of the Feacal Sludge and Septage;
Residual Grit means the grit which is obtained as residual matter after the treatment of the Sewage at the Jagjeetpur STP or the Sarai STP. RFP has the meaning ascribed to it in Recital E. Rupee or Rs. or INR means Indian Rupees, the lawful currency of India. Sarai Bid Project Cost means INR 41,40,00,000 / - (Rupees Forty One Crores and Forty Lakhs only / -), being the cost of construction of the Sarai Facilities, as quoted by the Selected Bidder in its Bid, which includes the interest during construction, Taxes and all other pre-operative expenses in relation to the Sarai Facilities.

Examples of Residual Grit in a sentence

  • On or before COD, the Authority shall inform the Concessionaire the waste disposal site (the “Waste Disposal Site”) either at the Project Site or elsewhere, within a radius of 5 (five) km from Project Site, where the Concessionaire shall be required to dispose of residual waste and the rejects such as by-products resulting from treatment, Digested Sludge, Residual Grit, the Screenings, etc., in accordance with Applicable Laws.

  • The disposal of the Residual Grit and the Screenings at the Waste Disposal Sites must be strictly in accordance with all Applicable Laws.

  • The Concessionaire shall ensure that the Residual Grit and the Screenings are neither disposed at any place on or about the Site, other than the Waste Disposal Sites, nor discharged into the river Ganga.

  • Disposal of STP By-Products and the Treated Effluent The executing agency, UPJN identified the waste disposal site at the following co-ordinates which is located within 10 km radius of the STP 5.13.1. Disposal of Treated Effluent Northing - 25°12'53.5"N Easting - 82°59'52.7"E The Residual Grit and the Screenings are being disposed by the Concessionaire only at the waste disposal site identified by UPJN.

  • Disposal of Residual Grit and Screenings The Concessionaire shall, at its cost and expense, be required to transfer the Residual Grit and the Screenings to the relevant Waste Disposal Site and shall make adequate transportation arrangements for this purpose.

  • The Concessionaire shall indemnify the KMC against any costs or liabilities that may arise due to the Concessionaire's failure to comply with this Article 8.13(b) and all Applicable Laws in disposal of the Residual Grit and the Screenings.

Related to Residual Grit

  • Residual Gain or “Residual Loss” means any item of gain or loss, as the case may be, of the Partnership recognized for federal income tax purposes resulting from a sale, exchange or other disposition of a Contributed Property or Adjusted Property, to the extent such item of gain or loss is not allocated pursuant to Section 6.2(b)(i)(A) or Section 6.2(b)(ii)(A), respectively, to eliminate Book-Tax Disparities.

  • Residual means, with respect to any Lease, any right of the lessor or its assigns, as owner of the underlying Equipment, to realize value from the related Equipment after termination of the Lease, including the right of the owner of the Equipment to receive any proceeds from the sale, re-lease, continued use or other disposition of the Equipment after the termination of the Lease.

  • Residual Interests As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Certificate Group Each of the Group 1 Certificates and the Group 2 Certificates.

  • Residual Auction Revenue Rights means incremental stage 1 Auction Revenue Rights created within a Planning Period by an increase in transmission system capability, including the return to service of existing transmission capability, that was not modeled pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.5 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K- Appendix, section 7.5 in compliance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.4.2 (h) and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 7.4.2(h), and, if modeled, would have increased the amount of stage 1 Auction Revenue Rights allocated pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.4.2 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 7.4.2; provided that, the foregoing notwithstanding, Residual Auction Revenue Rights shall exclude: 1) Incremental Auction Revenue Rights allocated pursuant to Tariff, Part VI; and 2) Auction Revenue Rights allocated to entities that are assigned cost responsibility pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6 for transmission upgrades that create such rights.

  • Class R-I Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC I.

  • Grantor Trust Certificates Any class of commercial mortgage pass-through certificates issued under this Agreement that is designated as evidencing an interest in the Grantor Trust. The Class S Certificates and the Class VRR Certificates shall be the only Classes of Grantor Trust Certificates issued under this Agreement.

  • Class R-X Certificate Any one of the Class R-X Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-R-X and evidencing the ownership of the Class R-IV Interest, the Class R-V Interest and the Class R-VI Interest.

  • Class R-IV Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC IV.

  • Grantor Trust means a Trust other than a RIC.

  • Certificate holder means a person who has been issued a certificate of compliance or other package approval by the NRC.

  • Unit owner means the declarant or other person who owns a unit, or a lessee of a unit in a leasehold common interest community whose lease expires simultaneously with any lease, the expiration or termination of which will remove the unit from the common interest community but does not include a person having an interest in a unit solely as security for an obligation. In a condominium or planned community, the declarant is the owner of any unit created by the declaration until that unit is conveyed to another person, in a cooperative, the declarant is treated as the owner of any unit to which allocated interests have been allocated pursuant to section 38-33.3-207 until that unit has been conveyed to another person, who may or may not be a declarant under this article.
