Examples of Equity Certificate in a sentence
The Equity Certificate shall be dated the date of its authentication.
The Equity Certificate bearing the manual or facsimile signature of individuals who were, at the time when such signatures were affixed, authorized to sign on behalf of the Owner Trustee shall be a valid and binding obligation of the Trust, notwithstanding that such individuals or any of them have ceased to be so authorized prior to the authentication and delivery of such Certificate or did not hold such offices at the date of the authentication and delivery of the Equity Certificate.
The Equity Certificate constitutes the sole equity interest in the Trust and must at all times be held by either the Trust Depositor or its transferee as sole Owner.
The obligation of the Depositor under this paragraph shall be evidenced by the Equity Certificate.
The recitals contained herein and in the Equity Certificate (other than the signature of the Owner Trustee on behalf of the Trust on, and the certificate of authentication on, the Equity Certificate) shall be taken as the statements of the Trust Depositor, and the Owner Trustee assumes no responsibility for the correctness thereof.
