Resource Management Area definition

Resource Management Area means that component of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area that is not classified as the Resource Protection Area.
Resource Management Area. , or 'IRMA" means that component of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation area that is not classified as a Resource Protection Area. RMA's include land types that, if improperly used or developed, have the potential for causing significant water quality degradation or for diminishing the functional value of the Resource Protection Area.
Resource Management Area means the area described and shown on Schedule 6.1 and includes the rivers and lakes and any Reserve Lands therein, subject to any changes that may be made in accordance with Article 6.
