Responsibilities of Committee Members. The Committee Members shall consult the Pool Members whose votes they are entitled to cast as soon as reasonably practicable following the demand for a poll and shall be required to cast, or to refrain from casting, the votes of such Pool Members in accordance with their individual instructions.
