RESS 2 definition

RESS 2 means the second RESS competition.
RESS 2 means the second RESS competition and includes the RESS 2 Auction and the RESS 2 Support.

  • In any case Installed Renewable Capacity of the RESS 2 Project shall be no more than 120% of the Offer Quantity which was accepted into RESS 2.

  • A RESS 2 Project can have only one Connection Agreement or be issued with one Connection Offer through the ECP process.

  • In the Application for Qualification, the basic components of the RESS 2 Project should be specified in the Application for Qualification.

  • An Application for Qualification must be associated with a single RESS 2 Project at a contiguous or near-contiguous Site.

  • Where an Applicant is seeking to participate in the RESS 2 Auction in respect of a RESS 2 Project, it shall submit an Application for Qualification to the TSO using the required documentation set out in the Qualification Information Pack by the Qualification Application Closing Date.

  • The contribution will be €2/MWh of Loss-Adjusted RESS Metered Quantity for all RESS 2 Projects.

  • The RESS 2 Hybrid Storage Project may be subject to audit by the Minister, the CRU and / or the DSO/TSO (or their respective nominees or agents) to demonstrate that these requirements have been met / are being met in order to participate in RESS 2 and/or maintain eligibility for RESS 2 Support.

  • The RESS 2 Project must nevertheless comply with all the Terms and Conditions in its own right.

  • Antenna coating means a coating labeled and formulated exclusively for application to equipment and associated structural appurtenances that are used to receive or transmit electromagnetic signals.

  • FOIPPA means the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and Regulations (British Columbia);

  • Modern Slavery has the meaning given to that term or, if “Modern Slavery” is not used, similar terms (such as forced labor), in the Modern Slavery Laws. Seller confirms that it does not use any Forced Labor, it conducts its business in compliance with the applicable Modern Slavery Laws, and it is not subject to any investigation, enforcement or conviction involving Modern Slavery. Seller shall promptly notify Buyer of any actual or suspected breaches by Seller or its Subcontractors of the applicable Modern Slavery Laws, and Seller agrees to provide Buyer immediately upon request any information and assistance that Buyer may require for compliance with the applicable Modern Slavery Laws.

  • Gateway means the BT electronic gateway, used for all ordering or fault reporting as described in the relevant section of the Handbook;

  • Connector means a flanged, screwed, welded, or other joined fitting used to connect two pipelines or a pipeline and a piece of process equipment.

  • Cable Television Network or “cable TV network” means any system consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide cable service for reception by multiple subscribers;

  • Transportation network company means a company or organization facilitating and/or providing transportation services using a computer or digital application or platform to connect or match passengers with drivers for compensation or a fee.

  • Crossing means a utility facility constructed over, under, or across a railroad right-of-way. The term does not include longitudinal occupancy of railroad right-of-way.

  • Opium poppy means the plant of the species Papaver somniferum L., except its seeds.
