Restated Originator Performance Guaranty definition

Restated Originator Performance Guaranty means the Amended and Restated Originator Performance Guaranty, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit G-2, made by the Performance Guarantor in favor of the Borrower, and assigned to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders.
