Restaurant/Bar definition

Restaurant/Bar means a contiguous area (i) in a restaurant, (ii) containing a counter and (iii) which is primarily devoted to the selling and serving of alcohol beverages for consumption by patrons on the premises and in which the serving of food, if served at all, is only incidental to the sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages in such restaurant bar.
Restaurant/Bar means a person, corporation or organization resident in Fox Creek engaged in the retail sale of food or beverage to the public for consumption within the premises or off the site, and, without limiting the foregoing, includes licensed drinking establishments, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, tea rooms, lunchrooms and take‐out restaurants.
