Restaurant bar definition

Restaurant bar means any establishment having a restaurant or similar facility on the premises at least 50 percent of the gross income of which is derived from the sale of prepared meals or food consumed on such premises or which has an annual gross income of at least $200,000.00 from the sale of prepared meals or food consumed on such premises with the restaurant or similar facility on the premises providing prepared meals on Sundays.State law reference--Similar provisions, RSMo 311.097(1).
Restaurant bar means a person, corporation or organization resident in Fox Creek engaged in the retail sale of food or beverage to the public for consumption within the premises or off the site, and, without limiting the foregoing, includes licensed drinking
