Restricted Access Group definition

Restricted Access Group means the group defined in Rule C2.1. “Rules” means this document as amended from time-to-time.
Restricted Access Group means the group defined in Rule C2.1.

Examples of Restricted Access Group in a sentence

  • Backstop Parties that hold Notes Claims will receive (through their counsel) an addendum (a “Restricted Access Addendum”), and must arrange for the Restricted Access Addendum to be provided to their Nominee, who will provide the relevant Restricted Access Code (included in the Restricted Access Addendum) to the Subscription Agent when tendering the underlying Notes through ATOP into the Restricted Access Group.

  • Cease to insure a person for the reason that the person has ceased to belong to the Restricted Access Group.

  • Eligible Holders who are Joining Legacy Parties must arrange for the Restricted Access Addendum to be provided to their Nominee who will provide the relevant Restricted Access Code (included in the Restricted Access Addendum) to the Subscription Agent when tendering the underlying Notes through ATOP into the Restricted Access Group.
