Restricted Category definition

Restricted Category means a category for special purposes operations;
Restricted Category means Defence Manufacturing which is conducted for UK Supply Chain Customers but not directly for the UK Government and where the Relevant Person is manufacturing, assembling or producing Commercial Quantities of the arms, munitions or War Materials in question, or any Essential Component thereof;

  • eligible Category means Category (1) set forth in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “Aa3” by Moody’s is rated in the Highest Rating Category. If, however, the lower rating is more than one full rating category below the Highest Rating Category of that Rating Agency, then the Permitted Investment will be deemed to be rated below the Highest Rating Category. For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “A1” by Moody’s is not rated in the Highest Rating Category.

  • Category A means the relevant information which shall be included in the base prospectus. This information cannot be left in blank for later insertion in the final terms;
