Examples of Restricted Global Warrant in a sentence

  • Any Definitive Warrant issued in exchange for a beneficial interest in a Restricted Global Warrant pursuant to this Section 3.5(c)(i) shall bear the Private Placement Legend and shall be subject to all restrictions on transfer contained therein.

  • Beneficial interests in any Restricted Global Warrant may be transferred to Persons who take delivery thereof in the form of a beneficial interest in the same Restricted Global Warrant in accordance with the transfer restrictions set forth in the Private Placement Legend.
