Restricted IBO means any individual that is or, within the past six (6) months, has been, party (directly or as a Participating Party) to an IBO Agreement with IM.
Restricted IBO means any individual that is or, within the past sixty (60) days, has been, party (directly or as a ParticipatingParty) to an IBO Agreement with SNAP or, if you or your Downline have engaged in business outside of the United States, any other SNAP Company.
