Restricted Land definition

Restricted Land means restricted land (category A) or (category B).
Restricted Land means land or any interest therein, the title to which is held by an individual Indian, subject to Federal restrictions against alienation or encumbrance.
Restricted Land means any land within the jurisdiction of the Pueblo that is subject to restrictions against alienation imposed by federal treaty, statute, Executive Order, or the Pueblo.

Restricted Land means any of the following:
Restricted Land means land the title to which is held by an individual Indian or a tribe and which can only be alienated or encumbered by the owner with the approval of the Secretary because of limitations contained in the conveyance instrument pursuant to federal law;
Restricted Land means land within the jurisdiction of the Tribe that is subject to restrictions against alienation imposed by federal treaty, statute, Executive Order, or the Tribe.
