Land definition

Land means the land described in Exhibit A.
Land means the real property required for the Project as described more particularly in Appendix A.
Land means the real property described on EXHIBIT 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.

  • It is agreed that the Project is an independent, self-contained Project covering the said Land and is not a part of any other project or zone and shall not form a part of and/or linked/combined with any other project in its vicinity or otherwise except for the purpose of integration of infrastructure for the benefit of the Allottee.

More Definitions of Land

Land means the real property described on Exhibit 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
Land means the real property legally described on Schedule 4.7 attached hereto and made a part hereof, and any substitutions therefor, together with all of Annual Conference’s rights, titles, appurtenant interests, covenants, licenses, privileges and benefits thereunto belonging, and Annual Conference’s right, title and interest in and to any easements, right-of- way, rights of ingress or egress or other interests in, on or under any land, highway, street, road or avenue, open or proposed, in, on, across, in front of, abutting or adjoining such real property including, without limitation, any strips and gores adjacent to or lying between such real property and any adjacent real property.
Land shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(a).
