Restricted Member definition

Restricted Member means a Member who has limited membership rights under the Plan, as further described in Section 3.4.
Restricted Member is defined in Section 6.03(c).
Restricted Member means a Member other than an Unrestricted Member

Examples of Restricted Member in a sentence

  • An Eligible Employee, having become a Member, shall cease to be such a Member upon the termination of his employment as an Eligible Employee (although he will continue as a Restricted Member until the earlier of (a) his death or (b) the full distribution of any Benefit to which he is entitled under the Plan).

  • An Eligible Employee who makes a Rollover Contribution at a time when he or she is not a Member for other purposes shall become a Restricted Member.
