Restricted Prepayment has the meaning specified in Section 7.11.

Restricted Prepayment means any prepayment of any Indebtedness of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, other than the Notes, in advance of the scheduled maturity thereof.

  • Permitted Prepayment Date means the Business Day after the second (2nd) anniversary of the first Payment Date
