Resulting Data definition

Resulting Data means the non-Personal Information in aggregated and anonymized form, resulting from the Processing of Shared Data by the Contractor;
Resulting Data means the numbers output from the processing of the Raw Data through the APACHE Acute Care Module. The Resulting Data consists of a severity score and expected values for certain measures of outcome for certain groups of patients, including length of stay and mortality.
Resulting Data means information, data, and other content that is derived or otherwise resulting from processing Client Content and/or Tracking Data (whether individually or in combination) in connection with the Services.

More Definitions of Resulting Data

Resulting Data means prediction models and select performance data for the models developed. Resulting Data may include, at Xxxxx’s discretion, additional information about the models, including Jupyter notebooks, additional model metrics, model coefficients, scored datasets, or other relevant information.
Resulting Data means any personally identifiable and aggregated information gathered by iVillage and/or Sponsor as a result of this Agreement, which is related to iVillage Members, Visitors, Subscribers use of the iVillage Network, Co-Branded Pages, Sponsor's Web Site, or Sponsor promotions.

Related to Resulting Data

  • Data means recorded information, regardless of form, the media on which it is recorded, or the method of recording.

There have been no breaches, violations, outages or unauthorized uses of or accesses to same, except for those that have been remedied without material cost or liability or the duty to notify any other person, nor any incidents under internal review or investigations relating to the same. The Company and its subsidiaries are presently in material compliance with all applicable laws or statutes and all judgments, orders, rules and regulations of any court or arbitrator or governmental or regulatory authority, internal policies and contractual obligations relating to the privacy and security of IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data and to the protection of such IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data from unauthorized use, access, misappropriation or modification.

  • Historical data means data collected more than five years before the department’s date of listing or other determination under section 455B.194, subsection 1.

  • Line Information Data Base (LIDB) means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other network elements and provides return result, return error, and return reject responses as appropriate. Examples of information that Account Owners might store in LIDB and in their Line Records are: ABS Validation Data, Originating Line Number Screening (OLNS) data, ZIP Code data, and Calling Name Information.

  • City Data means that data as described in Article 13 of this Agreement which includes, without limitation, all data collected, used, maintained, processed, stored, or generated by or on behalf of the City in connection with this Agreement.
