The Company will continue to strictly perform its information disclosure obligations in accordance with the Administrative Measures for Major Assets Restructuring of Listed Companies (上市公司重大資產重組管理辦法), the Guidelines for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 2-Suspension and Resumption of Trading (深圳證券交易所上市公司信息披露指引第 2 號——停復牌業務) and other relevant regulations.

Shareholders should note that the Resumption of Trading is subject to completion of the aforesaid investment by the Investor on the Completion Date.
Shareholders should also note that the New Project Finance is subject to inter alia the successful Resumption of Trading.
The purpose of the Resumption of Trading is to allow the shareholders of Dayang to commence trading of their PPB shares and also to facilitate the implementation of the Proposal by providing a market reference price for pricing the new PPB shares to be issued pursuant to the proposal.
As the Company cannot predict the amount of time it will take for the aforesaid process to complete, KDR holders who wish to trade the Shares underlying their KDRs on SGX-ST and/or exercise their rights with respect to the Warrants immediately after Resumption of Trading are advised to convert their KDRs into Shares prior to the SGX Record Date of 10 September 2013.
Subject to the above, the Company is also pleased to notify Shareholders that it has obtained SGX-ST in-principle approval for the Resumption of Trading of the Company's shares on SGX-ST on the Completion Date.

Prior to SGX Record Date - KDR holders may apply to convert their KDRs into Shares.- As conversion of KDRs to Shares prior to Resumption of Trading will be subject to regulatory clearances, crediting of the converted Shares to the KDR holder’s designated CDP account will take at least six (6) business days from the time of the KDR holder’s application for conversion of KDRs into Shares.
