Retained Security definition

Retained Security means the Security relating to the EPCI HK Group and the EPCI Singapore Group which, pursuant to the Buyer’s request, will not be released by the Lenders upon Completion;
Retained Security and the provisions set forth in sub-clause (b) hereof shall apply with full force and effect to all such Retained Securities.
Retained Security has the meaning set forth in the definition of Collateral Debt Security; provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, NewStar shall be responsible for and assume all Retained Securities.

  • DB Contractor shall have the option at any time to deliver an irrevocable letter of credit equal to the Retained Security Amount in lieu of the retained sums in a form and on terms acceptable to TxDOT in its sole discretion.

Retained Security means those securities issued under Securitizations sponsored by the Borrower, or any Subsidiary thereof, that are then held by the Borrower or any consolidated Subsidiary.
