Retention Facility definition

Retention Facility or “Retention Pond” means a facility, which provides storage of stormwater runoff and is, designed to eliminate subsequent surface discharges. (Ord. No. 12294, § 2, 10-6-09)
Retention Facility means a basin, depression, or other artificial structure excavated, constructed, or installed to hold stormwater flows or runoff.

Retention Facility means: A permanent natural or man-made structure that provides for the storage of storm water runoff by means of a permanent pool of water.
