Any delay in payment of the retention monies due to be released after the Second Retention Release Date will not be deemed to constitute a late payment if withheld by the operation of this clause.
Any delay in payment of the retention monies due to be released after the First Retention Release Date will not be deemed to constitute a late payment if withheld by the operation of this clause.
