Underwriting Fee definition

Underwriting Fee has the meaning given to it in the ninth paragraph of this Agreement;

Examples of Underwriting Fee in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of this Section 6, no Underwriter shall be required to pay pursuant to this Section 6, either as indemnification or contribution or both, any amount in excess of the amount of the Underwriting Fee actually received by it pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The Underwriting Fee payable by the Partnership to the Underwriters pursuant to the Offering shall be calculated based on all of the Units purchased hereunder.

More Definitions of Underwriting Fee

Underwriting Fee has the meaning given to it above;
